Certified digitization

We verify according to the ENIS standards for the public sector, ENS for the Tax Agency and the EJIS system for access to LexNET.

Certified digitization is a process whereby digital images of paper documents are obtained. It is not simply limited to copying the document, but also includes image enhancement (straightening, spot removal, color correction, etc.), optical character recognition (OCR) and even an electronic signature.

The process starts with the continuous capture of the physical document using a scanner. Following its digitization, the extracted information is then indexed and a series of metadata (such as date of creation, author, etc.) is added. Lastly, the document is stored.

EADTrust can verify the digitization software of entities that require official approval of their invoice and document digitization system.

1. Analysis and study of the technology architecture used for the digitization project.

3. Verification of creation using electronic signature creation data that the signatory can, with a high level of confidence, use under their sole control.
