Law 11/2021, on the prevention and fight against tax fraud, has amended the General Tax Law by imposing a series of obligations with respect to computer programs that support accounting, invoicing or management processes.

Who has to be certified?
Law 11/2021 affects producers and marketers of software supporting accounting, invoicing and/or management processes, as well as users.
In order to combat tax fraud, the law seeks to prevent programs from allowing users the possibility of any type of double accounting.
